Red Velvet Cake

i’ve been searching for a good Red Velvet cake recipe for over a year , and i finally found it , ahahahha . of course with super simple recipe with excelent result :D

so todayyy i'd like to show u guys how to make this delicious red velvet cake

ingredients :

  • 2tbs butter
  • 3pcs banana (crushed)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1,5 cups flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbs of food colouring



·        
Directions :
·BOWL 1 : Cream together (Butter + sugar) , then add eggs and crushed banana into a bowl , combine well
·BOWL 2 : Sift together flour + baking soda and salt , add to a bowl 1 with cream mixture , add vanilla .
·Mix well
·Pour into greased and floured loaf pan , bake on microwave on high about 12 mnutes (until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean) .
·Remove from the microwave..
·After they have cooled for 5 or 10 minutes the cake can be removed from the pan to cool
·Add sour cream or u can just add whipped cream , and apples.
